I’ll be honest, I do not drink Floressence straight.
I love a Gin & Tonic after every meal, and a Negroni for my breakfast and aperitif. We each have our sin, and I have my gin.

Handwritten phrase, Gin Tonic

Floressence blends well with everything, and tonic water is no exception. The gin’s softness and complexity are the perfect counterpart to the bitterness and effervescence of tonic water, delivering a truly regal G&T!

Gin Tonic cocktail handwritten recipe

Ingredients: 50 ml of Floressence, tonic water, ice, a slice of lemon, a twig of lavender.

I can do it with my eyes closed and a hand behind my back. Place a few ice cubes in a tall tumbler glass – preferably an odd number, but you may do as you please. Pour the gin, then the tonic water. Mix gently with a bar spoon, then twist the lemon peel onto the glass edge (I adore essential oils) and decorate with the lavender twig. Now toast – to my health – and drink.

Handwritten phrase, Negroni

Floressence adds softness, elegance and complexity to the classic Negroni. My only rule: don’t drink it with a straw!

Ingredients: 30 ml of Floressence, 30 ml of Campari, 30 ml of Red Vermouth, a slice of orange, ice, a dusting of bergamot powder.

Preparation is royally simple. Cool a low tumbler glass in ice. Once it’s cold, add a single large ice cube. First pour the Campari, then the Vermouth, and lastly Floressence gin. Strictly in that order? Yes. Mix with a bar spoon, do not shake, then add an orange slice and dust with bergamot powder. Now toast – to my health – and drink.
